Arthritis is an umbrella term for joint inflammation. Osteoarthritis is a degenerative joint disease. Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is an autoimmune disease. SARCOPENIA

As we age, we progressively lose muscle mass and strength. The decline generally begins around age 30 for women and accelerates after 60–70 years old for men.
