For neurological conditions, we blend evidence-based exercise, balance and gait rehabilitation, and strength and coordination exercises. The approach is highly individualised, targeting the specific movement impairments. Manual therapy may be used to ease secondary musculoskeletal tightness or pain, but our main purpose is to support your independence and quality of life. 

Older adults & youth development

For older adults, physiotherapy can be used to recover from falls, improve balance, and lower injury risk. For young people, we rehabilitate sports injuries and enhance movement problems while building fundamental strength and coordination. We also help young people develop healthy movement habits.
